The upcoming feature is a similar approach to that of Zoom and Teams, making it easier for people to conduct work-related meetings. As per Engadget, the new feature's icon is of a phone with an arrow pointing out. It is placed beside the switching cameras, muting and disabling video options. Upon clicking the icon, a disclaimer says, "Start recording or casting with WhatsApp?". It also informs the user that the company will have access to any passwords, photos or payment details displayed on the screen.
